MH -series

The MH series is a high-speed, high-efficiency wood processing machine. It can flatten, fix width and thickness on four sides of wood in a single feed, significantly improving production line efficiency and processing accuracy. The machine employs a heavy-duty gearbox feeding system, reinforced external bearing support for spindle stability to reduce vibration, enlarged pressure rollers and pneumatic clamping, wear-resistant chrome-plated bed, and numerical control positioning for convenient machine adjustments and improved accuracy. An internal sharpening system (optional shaft attachment, direct sharpening, and profile sharpening) allows for real-time tool dressing on-line, ensuring stable and smooth planning of the wood even at high speeds, minimizing deviation or jitter. Its core design features a high-rigidity cast iron body, low vibration characteristics, and compatibility with various cutting tools, making it suitable for mass production of boards, wet wood (with an air-floating bed), or shaping. The pressing system includes reinforced and enlarged steel wheels and a pneumatic auxiliary pressing wheel system, which can overcome the bending and deformation of wood, improve processing smoothness and stability. The entire machine is enclosed to reduce noise, and a safety guard plate at the feed inlet prevents wood from rebounding, increasing operator safety and comfort. The foolproof, user-friendly adjustment design prevents errors and reduces waste. Feeding speed can reach 150 m/min.
